MCM retro futuristic beach house

Decked out in all the style and class from decades past stylishly paired with modern comforts. 15 minute walk to the beach nestled in the small township of Cape Patterson. This special home is perfect for the whole family or for a romantic weekend away.

We have paid close attention to detail to ensure you have the most fun, memorable and comfortable stay. There are 3 bedrooms inside and an adjoining period correct caravan that can be added if needed.
The rooms inside are; one King bed, one Queen bed, kids room with bunk bed and cot and the caravan with a Queen bed.

There is a cosy gas heater and reverse cycle in the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and oil heaters in all the rooms and caravan.

We have an extensive DVD and record selection. A cocktail bar for the adults and plenty of toys for the kids.

The rear garden is fully enclosed if you wish to bring a dog, please let us know. There is undercover seating and bbq outside looking out onto a beautiful, massive red flowering gum.

The house is on one of the quieter roads in Cape Patterson, a short walk to the park with playground and off leash dog area. A
15 min walk to the beautiful bay beach and 10 minutes to the cape tavern and surf lifesaving club.
