Come enjoy our unique urban 1900s farm cottage which has been lovingly restored. Its grounds occupy the corner of our 4 acre family farm in Wamberal NSW. With a menagerie of animals including ponies, alpacas, goats and chickens, we're only 5 minutes to the stunning SpoonBay and 8min to Terrigal.

Wake up with the animals, head to the beach and finish with a fire pit and outdoor dining. The cottage is a completely seperate and private from the main house and has two bedrooms, lounge and dining room, coffee breakfast bar room, full kitchen, cottage bathroom, laundry and seperate WC.

The MASTER bedroom has high ceilings, gorgeous queen sized bed, wardrobe with a private view out onto the acreage. The SECOND bedroom has a double bunk with single on top perfect for the kids.

The KITCHEN features gas cooktop and oven, SMEG fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the modern amenities you would expect.
The cottage has a BATH, LAUNDRY with washer|dryer combo, polished floorboards throughout and has been recently lovingly renovated.

We love the FIREPIT area which has a large table perfect for meals and enjoying the farm and animals which surround the cottage. In the morning and evening, we will be feeding and tending to our herd of little lovelies and are more than happy to share this experience with you, your friends and/or children.
