Guests love the simplicity of this space... a mezzanine bedroom, nestled on a 20 acre estate, the perfect place to curl up and gaze out the bedroom window at the view.

The South Gippsland wine, food and adventure region are at your doorstep. With a list of recommendations at your disposal you’ll have an array of options depending on your preferences. A Pinot Noir from Gippsland Wine Company, local art at On Clarence in Loch, bike ride along the famous Great Southern Rail Trail, round of golf at Leongatha Golf Club or a hike at Wilson’s Promontory, the options are endless.

The Guesthouse shares the property with a main house that is approximately 50m away. Architecturally designed and built from Colorbond, concrete, Laminex in Possum and Tasmanian Oak floors.

You'll sleep in a mezzanine bedroom hanging above the living, dining, kitchen area and a separate bathroom and laundry. The lounge area has a Koala sofa bed for extra guests.
