There is another downstairs area with 4th bedroom, bathroom and family room leading out to fully fence backyard. This property has recently been fully refurbished with polished timber floorboards, newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and living space. Great all year round. Cool summer breezes and cozy warm fire in winter. Spectacular walks in Bouddi National Park and take the opportunity to sit on the deck in May to July to spot the humpback
whales as they migrate north.

coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal, and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features a general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. It is a factor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants, as well as relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose, Hardys Bistro and The View.
