Nestled near Olinda and Sassafras, Woolrich House is just minutes from boutique cafés, artisan shops, scenic walking trails, and the breathtaking gardens of the Dandenong Ranges. It’s a perfect base for exploring the region’s natural beauty, including the iconic Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden and nearby forest walks.
Special Event Conditions:
Woolrich House is available for intimate events, small elopements, or wedding preparation, providing a beautiful and private backdrop. Please note:
Events such as Bucks nights, Hens nights, milestone birthday parties (30th, 40th, etc.) are not permitted.
A special event fee of $400 applies for all permitted events, payable at the time of booking.
Other Conditions:
Early arrivals or additional guests beyond the booking must be pre-arranged and approved by management.
Although the whole house is part of your booking, the rates you see are for 2 people per room - 2 people = 1 room, 3 or 4 people = 2 rooms etc. If you have 3 people and want to use 3 rooms (for example) it's an extra $170 per room extra.

This gorgeous house has 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. If you have additional people, there are two single day/window beds in the living room (nominal extra charge - please enquire). One king bed can also be split into two king singles, if required. Two bathrooms, a fabulous new kitchen and dining area are open planned through to the light filled living room.
Comfortable couches, an open wood fire, window seats to curl up in to read a book and outdoor areas to explore, make this a wonderful home to enjoy with family or friends.
Guests receive a voucher for you to enjoy breakfast, morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea at Seasons at Cloudehill and complimentary entry into the Cloudehill Gardens and Woodlands.
Perhaps getting ready for your wedding, or celebrating a family lunch, you will find Woolrich House the perfect choice. Intimate/boutique wedding preparation is possible, (event fee applicable, please enquire), and is also pefect for retreats and special occasions with family and friends, but enquire with our office for full details and rates. Great for Yoga too!
Tariff is for 4 people included using 2 rooms - extra charges apply if you plan to use rooms for single occupancy and for 5+ guests. There are an extra 2 daybeds for up to 10 guests. Please enquire before booking for full pricing.
Long weekends, Easter and Christmas may have different minimum booking nights. Please enquire.
Boring bits - as per the terms and conditions of your booking, we require a security bond of $500 for your stay at Woolrich House - please call 1300 488 448 to supply your credit card information to enable us to send your check in instructions. We can't release check in details until these are received and the bond is processed. Thanks for your cooperation.
