The space
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home with luxurious linens, beautifully decorated interiors, and thoughtful extras throughout. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoying a BBQ on the deck, listening to the waves at night, or watching the kids explore the outdoor play spaces, every detail has been designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Perfect for families with young children, the home is stocked with toys, games, books, beach gear, and outdoor activities for all ages — including a playful cubby caravan, sand play area, ping pong table, and secure backyard. Traveling with pets? Your dogs will love the fully fenced yard and nearby beach walks just minutes away.

Layout –

Spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room with fireplace - we will make sure you have plenty of kindling, firewood and even marshmallows!

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with Queen bed & additional smart TV .
Ensuite bathroom with blissful rain shower. Situated at the front of the house and away from the other bedrooms, perfect if you are 2 couples travelling together.

Off the living room but separated by a hallway;

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and ceiling fan

Bedroom 3 - Kids bedroom with single Bunk bed and trundle (suitable for children or teens only)

Family bathroom with shower and bath between bedroom 2 and 3.

Garage - With ping pong table, bar fridge, body boards and beach chairs.

Prolific birdlife lines the coast and neighbouring bush reserves, while kayaking the calm Gippsland Lakes rounds out a perfect outdoor escape

Golden Beach is pure coastal bliss. One of Australia's most spectacular stretches of sand — Ninety Mile Beach spans 151 kilometres of golden sand and rolling surf as far as the eye can see. Whether you're fishing the surf, swimming, or simply losing yourself in the sound of waves constantly lapping the shore.

Golden Beach is a small Coastal town with a small Foodworks offering a selection of grocery items, alcohol, petrol, baits and takeaway food.
