Experience a unique tiny house stay set on a working alpaca farm in Sithuri Tiny House. The ideal farm stay NSW retreat near Mudgee, with 300 acres of breathtaking rural landscape one can only dream of. Enjoy mountain biking in the trails, bushwalking, animal feeding, get up close to a beehive, and watch clever farm dogs round up the goats.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property as we have 4 tiny houses and 1 cabin on the same property.
The Space
Sithuri Tiny House is one of the best Windeyer accommodation near Mudgee Hot Air Ballooning and wineries such as Bunnamagoo winery, Pieter Van Gent Winery, and Burnbrae Winery. Complete with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW retreats, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guests will have access to Sithuri Tiny House and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence.

- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am
- No Mobile reception and no internet connection
- Each Tiny House has own BBQ area
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- You may bring your own firewood if you want to use the firepit. (Please take note that outdoor fire pit is banned during the fire season (from October to March)
- We have free-roaming farm animals (and noise) on our property.
- Please do not enter animal paddocks without the land host's permission.

- Breakfast, BBQ dinner, and snacks are available for order.
- Keep in mind that all meals should be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance
- Menu will be sent along with your check in instructions

a. Farm Tours
- Farm tours and feeding of animals come at an extra cost. Please refer the price with your host
- Farm tours and picnics, on the other hand, come at an extra cost of $195 per couple
- Keep in mind that farm tours must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance
- For pre-booked farm tours, guests must stay at least 2 nights to participate
b. Wine Tours
- Half-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $95 per person
- Whole-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $190 per person
- Wine tours with lunch must be pre-booked three weeks in advance
- Wine tours with wine tasting must be pre-booked one week in advance
- Keep in mind that wine tours on weekdays must be pre-booked 48 hours in advance
c. Spa Tub
- Spa tub is free of charge
- Please contact Fernando to reserve a slot, as this is a common amenity shared by all guests

Interesting fact : The farm is on top of an old gold mine where people found gigantic gold nuggets! You can bring your own fossicking equipment to try your luck in the creek on the property.

We have mountain bike trails on our 200 acre farm land. Bring your own bikes to ride on our trails!
Beekeeping And Honey
Our very own beehives on the farm! If you're interested in beekeeping, talk to your host and he will be more than happy to share his experiences. You can also buy a bottle of the farm honey to try! :)
Farm Tour Only On Weekends
We are a working alpaca farm! We have alpacas, pigs, goats, ducks, etc on our farm. If you'd like to feed the animals or go on a farm tour, let us know in advance. Farm tours are only available on weekends (Sat & Sun).
