Our Tiny Home is located in Eltham on a 12 acre farm in the lush Byron Hinterland.
What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, swim in a waterfall, play a round of golf at Teven Valley, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries of Clunes, Bangalow, Lennox, Newrybar and Byron Bay.
Enjoy a meal at the renowned Eltham Pub - they will even pick you up at the door!
Soak in the out door tub or sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts!

Please note the bathroom facilities are external to the tiny home.
Guest access
There is ample parking available for guests and RV's can be accommodated.
Undercover parking is located on the LHS of the garage - Visitors Parking sign.
The tiny home has a seperate entrance and shares the same land as the farmhouse so it is essential that each others privacy is respected.
Other things to note
We have four beautiful Border Collies that call the Farm home.
No other animals are to be brought to the property.
Wi-Fi - Eltham Valley Farm - Poppy2017!
Hot Water - is instantaneous gas so if you do not need the hot water run the kitchen tap on cold.
Toilet - is located in the laundry building a few meters from the tiny home.
Outdoor Furniture - there are deck chairs and a small table for use on the deck by the fire. These are located in the wardrobe.
Fire Pit - please only use on the open part of the deck or the grassed areas.
A Firewood bundle is available for purchase $20 and has all you need to enjoy the fire pit. Please leave coals in fire pit for cleaner to remove.
Water - we are on Rainwater so please be mindful of water usage. Filter or boil tap water before drinking.
Shoes - Please take your shoes off inside Tiny Home and be mindful of little black stones that can be brought in on shoes.
Lights and candles - Please turn off lights and extinguish candles when you leave the cabin.
BBQ - there are BBQ wipes in the kitchen draw for you to clean up after use. This is appreciated.
