Situated on a tranquil 24 acre property with picturesque views over the Brokenback Ranges.

Located only minutes from cellar doors and restaurants in Lovedale and Pokolbin. Guests can enjoy shared use of our 12 metre saltwater swimming pool in the warmer months, please bring your own pool towels.

The queen bedroom is fully enclosed with an insulated ceiling and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. The spacious, open plan, enclosed deck area has a large dining table, lounge area with TV and a kitchenette style area with full size fridge, 3 in 1 microwave with air fryer function and plenty of kitchenware/crockery etc. This deck area has gaps between each floorboard and no insulation or air conditioning, so it is susceptible to the elements, especially in winter and summer.
