Featuring broad, wrap-around verandahs, the cottage welcomes you to its high ceilings, timber polished floorboards and exposed brick walls.
Hosting a generous five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Moraea Farm caters to the dynamic and unique needs of its guests, ensuring a sense of spaciousness and luxurious comfort from the moment they step foot onto the property.
During your stay, make use of the swimming pool, pizza oven and fire pit. You’ll also enjoy access to the full estate gardens, chicken coop and on-site restaurant (coming soon).
Situated just a few kilometres from sister properties, Linnaeus Farm, Rubus and Maple Cottages, a 5 minute drive into the bustling heart of Berry or 8 minutes to the ocean and the glorious stretches of sand on Seven Mile Beach. Moraea Farm is part of a commercial farm estate and provides guests a glimpse into the everyday Berry lifestyle.

Please contact us within 24 hours of booking, but no later than 7 business days before arrival, for confirmation regarding special requests, including:
• Rates are calculated for 5 beds exclusively; any additional individuals or the utilisation of roll-out beds or sofa beds require approval and extra charges apply. All roll out beds are kept off site and must be booked in and paid for prior to your stay.
• Application is required for pets and extra charges apply. Pets are only permitted EXTERNALLY at this farm.
• This is a privately owned holiday property, we do not cater to weddings and functions.
Up to 5 beds (10 people) is included in the pricing. Anything over this, is an additional cost up to 14 people.
The rates shown are just a guide. Pricing changes weekly, so we will confirm pricing in writing first, prior to confirming the booking. It will then be adjusted with a special offer request after the confirmed booking.
