This comfortable double storey home has an open plan living, kitchen and dining upstairs along with the master bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The living area features a smart TV, and a wood heater which warms the house beautifully in the cooler months. Floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors to a an expansive deck with Weber BBQ, and outdoor dining option with a lovely treed, outlook to the lake

Downstairs has a spacious Tv room with smart TV, a study nook under the stairs with monitor, a small queen bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The spacious third bedroom has a queen bed, 2 sets of bunks and a sofa. Downstairs has its own access from outside through sliding glass doors into the TV room.

There is a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and sink.

Outside there is plenty of space for parking, including trailers with water craft. There is a spacious seated fire pit area, an ideal spot for conversation under the stars.

The property has an EV charger

A maximum of 1 pet per booking. A $50 pet fee applies for extra cleaning. Note the property is not fenced.
