4WD & AWD only as tracks are metal but need 4WD or AWD to drive the steep hill out to the coast.
Good walking & mountain biking. Can provide linen at an extra cost. Beds come with topper, duvet & clean covers, pillow cases, pillows. I will not charge a cleaning fee, so I’d really love and appreciate it left in the way you found it, although please strip the sheets & pillow cases off the beds. Leave duvets on as I’ll deal with these. Take all your food from the fridges & cupboards. I’m happy to take away your rubbish if you leave it bagged & tied up please. Thank you!
Pets can sleep in the laundry if they stay inside. Prefer pets not to be indoors. Must be known where pets are at all times as we have stock in paddocks close to the property.
Walking track to the beach, but is steep. House is only 30m above the coast line. There is a lagoon which is lovely at low tide for safe supervised swimming.
