Close to Beach #1 and the Venus Bay General Store, Moo Views is a light filled, stylishly renovated, pet-friendly home away from home for up to 7 guests.

Moo Views is perfect for relaxing and getting away from city life. Complete with beautiful wood fire heater and split ac/heat, the house works for families or couples that love the beach, nature & sunsets. With a good sized front deck and large, grassed yard, Moo Views offers sea breezes and sunny spots for super comfortable 'coastal-country' living.

If you are interested in getting out to see what’s in the local area, we’ve compiled a guidebook to help you choose from all the fantastic experiences that surround Venus Bay.

The space:

The house is a split level. Flooded in natural light and great views, the combined kitchen and living area provides a warm and inviting space at the front of the home.

Bedrooms, laundry and bathrooms are neatly placed down the stairs towards the back of the home.

Sleep easy knowing all our beds, mattresses, and quality pillows are brand new.

Room 3: Double bunk with single on top

** No need to bring your own linen and bath towels, we provide all you will need for a super comfy stay**.
The house has two showers inside (one in the main bathroom, and one in the ensuite) and an outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet. There are two separate toilets inside. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and drying rack (there’s also a retractable clothes line on the deck).

Amenities:

We have provided lots of items to ensure you enjoy your time here. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you need, including sharp knives, a rice cooker, a slow cooker, stainless-steel pots, a wok, and a Delonghi coffee machine & grinder + for those who prefer capsules, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine (with a few coffee pods to get you started).

Split system unit for heating and cooling in the living room and main bedroom , along with individual portable heaters/cooling fans in each bedroom.

Beautiful wood fire heater in the main living room.

We have a telescope for guests who wish to star gaze.

Water filter in the kitchen (all of Venus Bay is on tank water)
High-speed Wi-Fi.
Basic cleaning products provided.
Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

Location:
5-minute walk to shops and eateries.
15-minute walk (3-minute drive) to the patrolled surf beach.
2-hour drive from Melbourne.
20min drive to stunning Walkerville beaches.
1 hour 15 minutes to Wilson’s Prom.
30-minute drives to Inverloch, Meeniyan, and the Great Southern Rail Trail.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house for your stay. The garage is locked however there is a large grassy area perfect for parking your cars or boat.

Pets:
Fur babies are welcome inside but not on the beds and couches. Please note that while the property is fully fenced, there are some gaps that are used by wombats to roam around from property to property. This is not an issue for medium to large size dogs but would be an issue if you have a small dog that likes to get out.

Other things to note:
No need to bring your own linen and bath towels, we provide all you will need for a super comfy stay. But please bring your own beach towels and any dog bedding!

Security camera: there is one external security camera facing the front gate which monitors vehicles and guest numbers.

🔌🔋🔌 Sometimes there are power outages at Venus Bay 🔋🔌🔌. If the hot water goes off, please reset the fuse in the fuse box by the front door. If the water pump stops working, message us and we can turn it back on remotely. If the Internet stops working, there is a reset button on the side of the modem . 🎉🏆☺️
