Take a stroll through the dappled sunlight at Fernmount. Overlooking a hectare of native Australian bush, this house sits amongst the greenery in a beautiful patch of the New South Wales mid north coast.
Our ‘Things to do’ folder will direct you to the most popular places to eat and drink, swimming holes, beaches, hikes, and adventures along the Bellingen River. A five minute drive from Bellingen town centre, the cafes and restaurants are close by. Follow Waterfall Way, and you'll reach the beautiful Dorrigo National Park, the site of Crystal Falls and other wonders of the natural world.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this house can accommodate a couple of families, or serve as a spacious retreat for a couple. All beds are furnished with 100% linen sheets from Bed Threads, helping you enjoy a comfortable night’s rest.

The house is designed to be kind to the environment, running off solar power.
While we are semi off grid, the house is connected to the main water supply and electricity grid of Bellingen, so you’ll never be short of all the comforts you need.
Outdoor furniture for the downstairs garden decks are in the shipping container. Feel free to use them, placing them back in the container after you’re done.
Instructions to use the coffee machine are located just next to the machine - scan the QR code, and you will be linked to the manual.
While we do have satellite, the WiFi can be quite patchy in this remote area! So if you love your streaming, consider bringing your favourite shows on a USB, just in case it’s running a little slow. The USB port is on the side of the TV.
