Step out from your backyard and over the dunes with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise or check the surf conditions. Even though situated in a peaceful and private space, the local main street with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are just a short stroll away.
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy the perks of the property which include different surf craft and electric bikes provided. Take the e-bikes for an adventure on the bike tracks to Barwon Heads and back along the beach or river paths, have a dip and dinner at the pub before heading home to relax to the soundtrack of rolling waves and bird life.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials: Oils, herbs, spices, salt, pepper, teas, coffee beans. There is a breville coffee machine with the grinder attached and a coffee plunger. Appliances also include toastie maker, smoothie machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Lounge
The open plan kitchen lounge has a big comfortable couch and a rocking chair recliner. There is a smart TV which will have Netflix and free to air. There is air conditioning and heating in this area of the home.
Bathrooms
1. The first bathroom has a modest shower, bath and sink with a separate toilet situated off the nearby laundry room.
2. The second bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet.
Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided if you choose to use.
Bedrooms
#1 The main bedroom contains a King size bed and wardrobe.
#2 Bedroom contains a Queen size bed and wardrobe
#3 Bedroom contains a Queen size bed and a wardrobe.
#4 Bedroom is a large area containing 2x bunk beds and 1x single bed (5 single size beds all up). This room has the second bathroom attached to it and a sliding door access to the back deck and a roof fan that brings comfort on those warm nights.
Outdoors
There are a couple places to relax, the front or back deck.
The back deck has a picnic table for outdoor dinners and a Webber BBQ. This is a favourite place to relax amongst the trees and listen to the roar of the ocean. There are trestle tables available to set up if needing more room for entertaining outside.
