Location, Location, Location – Just a short stroll to Cape Woolamai’s surf beach (The Colonnades), as well as great restaurants, pubs, and local shops.

The space – Two lounge areas, one featuring a large wall-mounted TV, super comfy, large 80’s couch, and the other is a games room with an epic Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade machine and plenty of space for board games, or a chill out zone!

The kitchen has everything you need to cater for those big family, inhouse meals, or a quick platter, with a drink out on the deck to enjoy sunset. Dine in on the comfy, custom made banquette seating, which seats 10 guests. Or have a laid back drink at the kitchen island bench seats. If you want to dine outside, Beach Baby also has an outdoor dining / picnic table for those days you want to head outside and enjoy the sea breeze. Just wanting to talk and chill, we also have 2 deck areas you can choose from. The back deck faces West and is where you can see some amazing sunsets.

3 comfy, queen-sized bedrooms, all with wardrobes, tastefully finished, and with all linen, pillows, and doonas provided. The main bedroom features a walk-in robe and a newly renovated ensuite. There are also 4 inbuilt funky bunk beds (for all ages). A newly renovated main bathroom with bathtub and double shower (featured in magazines), with all towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. There is also a laundry on site, with a washing machine, for those longer stays.

Fully equipped kitchen –
Whipping up a quick breaky, family fest, or snacks out on the deck, we have you covered, with a Retro Blue SMEG Fridge /Freezer, Gas Stove, Oven, microwave, and dishwasher, all cookware essentials, and bakeware including pots, pans, baking trays, chopping boards, bowls, and all your necessary utensils and appliances such as kettle, toaster, and even a Bialetti and a French press coffee maker for those who want to bring their own coffee beans. Feasts and snacks can all be enjoyed around our custom-built banquette dining…this space is a favourite, its cozy and colourful!

Endless Games for All Ages –
A huge collection of board games (including classics like chess, twister, uno), perfect for rainy days , cozy nights in, or to keep the kids entertained. Beach Baby also has an acoustic guitar and an old school keyboard for those who want to have some music fun.

T/V and Bose SoundLink Max Speaker –
The main lounge room features an 75 inch flat screen, wall mounted high-definition Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, and Kayo access. Surround sound for the T/V can be created by connecting the T/V to the Bose SoundLink. Listen to music when your hanging out on the deck or other spaces within Beach Baby, by connecting to the portable Bose.

Heating and Cooling –
Beach Baby has a split system heating and cooling that operates throughout the house, with ability to turn on and off certain rooms at a time. The bathroom and ensuite, both feature underfloor heating for those chillier months.

Firepit & Outdoor Entertaining –
Landscaped gardens, firepit, and 2 decks. One for sunbaking and enjoying the afternoon sun, and the other for entertaining, and enjoying meals outdoors, with an outdoor dining / picnic table with umbrella. The backyard has direct gate access to the airstrip / reserve for walks down to the best sunsets on the island – a one-of-a-kind experience! Beach Baby is set in a private, fully fenced yard, behind funky custom designed wave gates.

Sleeping arrangements –
Bedroom 1 and 2: Feature queen size beds and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 / Main bedroom: Features queen size bed with walk in robe and newly renovated ensuite.

Bedroom 4 / The Bunk Room: Features 4 single bunk beds with shelving, board games and books. Ideal for both kids and adults.

• 3-5 minute walk to Cape Woolamai’s shops, the

Need to know
• All linen, and towels are provided. We ask that you please use only the towels and beds that you need, rather than lashing out and staying a night in all beds…helps reduce unnecessary cleaning and water wasting of linen.
• Shampoo, Conditioner, and Soap provided by the amazing Warbotanicals in Warburton. All local and organic ingredients…amazing!
• Tea and cooking essentials (such as salt, pepper, oil, etc) are provided.
• Beach Baby has a Bialetti and a French Press Coffee Machine on site, please bring your own beans if you wish to use this. Alternatively, we are only a short stroll down to the local coffee shop where you can get your morning coffee from.
