Marina Vista is a beautiful self contained home for couples with great views overlooking Martha Cove Marina. The perfect place for those wanting to wind down and relax.

Our home has one bedroom with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. A balcony to soak up the beautiful marina views while enjoying a glass of wine.
The upstairs of our home has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and block out blinds, walk in robe, and ensuite with a walk in shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
The kitchen tap provides filtered water.

The downstairs area has a laundry (washer and dryer), another lounge area and access to the private garden with a BBQ area and outside shower.

Guest amenities - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream.

A BBQ is also provided for cooking outside.

Outside shower (warm and cold water).

Linen, towels, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.

Wall mounted Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom with Netflix access.

Ducted heating and split system air conditioning. Fan in the bedroom.

Beaches are close by and a short drive to the Peninsula wineries, restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking and much more!
