This 8 sided building built from volcanic rock in various cultures and spiritual traditions, the octagon represents rebirth, transition, and renewal, often symbolising a connection between earthly existence and eternity.
Simple off grid living immersed in nature,camp fire,star filled nights,bush walks,wildlife spotting and sleeping by the glow of a crackiling fireplace,bliss!
Moody lighting,LED candles and a speaker to set your vibe. Picnic on the hill besides the sparkling crystal mushrooms and listen to the frog calls from the pond of an evening.

Kristen & Holly have been living and loving this off grid lifestyle for the past 14 years with their two son’s so much so that they are sharing the magic! The creation of the tiny off grid village has been a collaborative project of two families over 27 years hand crafted using natural building methods along with rocks and timber from the land for the most part. The Crystal Cottage has been built using mostly reclaimed materials by the Carpenters in our family.The buildings and landscape have been styled using handmade,vintage or natural items curated by Kristen,the Faery Queen herself. Come and explore this unique property with whimsical bespoke dwellings and experience of grid tiny living.
