This beautiful split level sandstone and cedar cottage offers you a private world in your own country home with panoramic views. The Summer House boasts a sunny position with 180 degree valley views down to a lily filled lagoon. The Summer House has its own private tennis court and volley ball net.

Through the cedar front door is the dining room with seating for six and the full size blue pearl granite and jarrah kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, all appliances and free Wifi. Also on this level is the main huge bathroom with a spa pool and soft leadlight scenes of floating waterlilies. A logfire and five metre cathedral loft ceilings also add to the ambiance of this area. A split system air conditioner provides cooling in summer and warming in winter as well.

Up five steps is the very comfortable lounge area with cedar flooring and a six person sofa and flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.

Down six steps from the main entry are three bedrooms and another full size bathroom all located on the lower level. In the main bedroom is a queen size 4 poster bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans with granite floor tiles and exposed timber ceilings.
