Welcome to Jarabin, our little slice of paradise on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, nestled in the stunning Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. We’re Ben, a fourth-generation cattle farmer, and Joseph. Together, we’ve created an eco-friendly haven that blends our love for farming, great food, and sustainability with a passion for sharing the beauty of this land with others. For Ben, this farm is more than just home—it’s a legacy. Raised here, he developed a deep connection with the land and the Black Angus cattle we now raise together. Over the years, we’ve worked closely with expert Angus stud breeders, hand-picking the best genetics to produce cattle with outstanding marbling, weight, and tenderness. We believe that quality is paramount, and our commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do. But farming, for us, isn’t just about producing premium beef—it’s about doing it the right way. As caretakers of this land, we embrace sustainable and biodynamic practices to ensure its health and vitality for future generations. Our grass-fed Black Angus cattle roam freely on nutrient-rich pastures under open skies, and the beef we produce reflects our dedication to ethical farming, environmental stewardship, and craftsmanship. Both of us have a deep love for cooking, and we understand the importance of good food made with care and attention to detail. That’s why we choose to eat better-quality meat - meat that comes from a place of integrity, respect for the land, and a genuine passion for what we do.
