Main Bedroom
Plug-in Electric Floor Heater
• Turn the switch on the left-hand side to “on.”
• Press the power icon.
• Set the mode to 750W.
• Use the + and - arrows to set your desired temperature.
Split System Air Conditioner
• The remote is located on the bookshelf wall.
• Press “on” to start.
• Press the mode button until you select the desired icon:
• Bottom icon (circle with lines coming out): Heating mode (keep to a minimum of 23°C to save energy and costs).
• Snowflake: Cooling mode (set no lower than 21°C).
• Droplets: Dehumidifier mode.
• Fan: Fan mode.
• Adjust to your desired temperature.
Dining/Lounge Room (Downstairs)
Split System Air Conditioner
• The remote is located next to the TV on the left.
• Follow the same instructions as the main bedroom split system air conditioner above.
Outdoor Areas
Barbecue
• Open the right-hand cupboard and turn on the gas bottle underneath.
• Use the dials to turn on the burners.
• Barbecue utensils are located under the bench to the left (behind the wooden door).
• Cleaning equipment (wipes, spray, and white brush) is also there—please clean the barbecue after use.
Woodfire Hot Tub
• The fireplace is in the keg (pre-filled with kindling and small wood).
• Firelighters are located under the barbecue bench to the left (behind the wooden door).
• Firewood is in the garden shed in the courtyard (lock code: 033). The shed is also available for guests to store bikes or equipment.
• To heat: Light the fire in the keg drum (to the right-hand side) using the firelighters.
• Keep the fire running for 2-4 hours with the lid and cover on for fastest heating.
• For all-day use: Keep feeding the fire throughout the day and night, leaving the lid on and only removing it when using the tub.
• Safety note: If you’re not comfortable lighting or maintaining fires, please do not use the hot tub.
Kitchen
Gas Oven and Stove
• Top burners: Turn the gas dial to low and light with the lighter (provided in the top drawer).
• Grill and oven: Turn to the desired temperature, then press the sparking button until it ignites.
