The Space
Driftwood Studio is a stand-alone (32sqm), self-contained pool house with coastal décor and interior design that seamlessly blends indoors and outdoors. The studio features:
• Queen size bed and luxurious pillows for a comfortable sleep
• Ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower, vanity basin and toilet
• Large sofa lounge overlooking pool and garden areas
• Heating and cooling for year-round comfort
• Fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine
• Tea/coffee, mugs, glasses, water and wine decanters included
• Outdoor deck and garden overlooking the pool, perfect for morning coffee, reading or enjoying a drink
• Access to a heated saltwater pool with two sun lounges and umbrella
• Shampoo, conditioner, soap wash and moisturizer supplied
• Large 65" Smart HD TV and Wi-Fi internet
• Fresh linen and bath towels provided (you will need to bring your own beach towel)
• Double glazed windows and bi-fold door that fully opens onto deck, garden and pool

• The heated saltwater pool is available for use Dec-March
• The studio is part of a private residential dwelling. Privacy is ensured.
Guest Access
The studio is located at the rear of the host’s house who live on the property. Guests will enter via a gate and walk down the side of the house to access the studio, garden and pool deck areas. Block out blinds are on the house to ensure guest privacy. A key and gate remote control is provided in a lock box for anytime access. Further details are sent on booking.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note when booking:
• No smoking inside the studio.
• No pets unless pre-approved.
• No parties or loud gatherings – this is a peaceful residential area.
• Please respect neighbours at all times, especially after 10pm.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Please leave the space in a tidy condition with rubbish and recyclables put in the bins provided.
