The 'Manshed' will provide hours of entertainment for everyone - there's a beginner-friendly half pipe for the keen skateboarder, basketball arcade game, dart board AND pool table for the whole family to enjoy.
The bar area is perfect for watching the footy or cricket, and during the colder months, we know the fire area will be popular on those chilly or summer nights.
This home is also a haven throughout Winter, with an outdoor firepit and wood heater, inviting you to curl up and relax with a good book. (BYO wood)

Any damage to the property including the pontoon, will be charged to the guest. No cutting fish or drilling into the pontoon under any circumstances.
Any boat needs to be secured on one side of the pontoon as per our instructions. Boat fenders must be uses at all times. Any damage will be charged to guest.
Exterior security cameras are on the property.
The house is on the river, please be aware for any children. Life jackets for both children and adults is recommended.

This is a home surrounded by neighbours, we have a no noise and party policy.
VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE LIMITED. ANY BREAK OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN GUESTS BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
