Guest access
Guests have full private access to the cottage and surrounding outdoor areas.

You’ll have your own space to relax and enjoy, including the gardens and outdoor seating areas.

Located in the heart of Broke, the cottage is within easy walking distance to the local general store and coffee shop, as well as the playground and skate park.

The property is surrounded by beautiful country gardens and mature trees, attracting a variety of birdlife and adding to the relaxed, rural atmosphere.

For wedding guests, Adams Peak Country Estate is just minutes away. The cottage is owned by part of the Fox family, who also own Adams Peak.
