*Pool gas heating is available for $175 per day and warms the pool to 30 degrees. This is not spa temperature. Without gas heating, the pool relies on solar and heat will vary with weather.
Pool heating must be booked and paid 48 hours before arrival. Requests after this cutoff cannot be accommodated.When not using gas heating, the pool is solar heated, which relies on sunny weather and may vary in warmth.

House Rules:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 10 without prior approval.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.

Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, day or night, must not exceed the number of 10 guests stated on the listing without approval. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.
