COTTAGE DETAILS
On arrival, as you come through the gate up the treelined driveway, look out for Barry, the resident Koala, and the sheep on the nearby paddock, who curiously greet the visitors. You'll be able to drive up directly to the Cottage and park your car near the entrance, for easy unpacking.

Your Cottage features all the essential conveniences and some little luxuries for a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable stay.

There are two separate bedrooms - one with Queen-sized bed, another with two single beds (a 3rd trundle bed is available upon request) - with lovely fresh linen, pillows, doonas, and blankets.

The separate modern bathroom has a toilet, spacious shower and vanity, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer provided for your convenience.

Enjoy and relax on the cosy couches by the log fire in your living area, or sit at the dinner table enjoying a meal or playing a game. There is a minifridge, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee, and tableware. As we are a bed and breakfast, you c an order a delicious breakfast ($25pp) and dinner ($29pp) when you book or make your way down to one of the local eateries (see our recommendations) for a fabulous country fair.

There is no wifi as our philosophy is "less screen, more green" and we invite our guest to "disconnect to reconnect" with themselves, each other and the spectacular nature at The Source, Otways. You may also enjoy some games and books provided for you in the Cottage and there is plenty of firewood ready for your stay. There is a heater for those particularly chilly winter nights, and an air conditioner for the Otways hotter days.

If you are staying with a little one, a porta-cot, high chair and pram are also available on request. we also welcome your doggie on a few conditions and at an additional fee of $40.

GUEST ACCESS
Besides having exclusive use of the Cottage, we invite you to explore the surrounding gardens, visit the sheep that are grazing on one of the paddocks and most of all take an unforgettable stroll through the temperate rainforest that covers over 100 acres of The Source estate.

Visit the Secret Garden and sit around a log fire in the fire pit (available strictly outside fire ban season), listening to the sounds of the forest and sharing stories.

PLEASE NOTE
The Cottage is nearby the main Homestead, so you may see other guests on the property, but the only shared space is the outdoors.
