Sit Back and Relax Beach House

Two bedroom elevated house, nestled in the tree tops. Traditional retro-style beach house with large deck newly renovated. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom is smaller with two new single beds and a small set of drawers, a bedside table and lamp. One of the couches can turn into a sofa bed in the open plan living space. Ideal for a couple or a small family with one or two kids, but can accommodate three adults quite comfortably. There are two adjoining lounge areas comprising three couches and two lounge chair recliners. The floor is cork in the living areas and newly carpeted in the bedrooms. Located close to beaches and nature reserves, Penguin Parade, organic cafe and surf beaches. Ample parking space under the house, room for two cars. In peak holiday periods please inquire for shorter stays as may be possible to fit you in depending on bookings! NEW I have now installed a reverse cycle airconditioner/heater for summer and winter. For shorter stays less than 5 days please bring your own sheet set and towels as this keeps the cleaning and washing costs to a minimum for your benefit.
