Comfy Double bed with feather doona and cotton/ linen sheets , kitchen with / electric oven grill / fridge / BBQ with outdoor sink and storage box for extra luggage or shopping on deck , tv /dvd library / and mobile reception great for telstra and optus if you must keep in contact with civilisation.
Shower with hot water and toilet are located inside the caravan or there is an extra outdoor shower / bath overlooking mountain views.
Lavender Essential oil bubble bath cost is provided
Studio deck nearby overlooks fireplace and views and is located 10 metres from the van
( studio will not be occupied or used by others during your stay and you do have the option of using the attached studio toilet and shower if you prefer)

We are not farmers our animals are our pets and much loved so will stay with us right up to old age and they are very people friendly. Minature horses Billy and Bunny roam around the paddock surrounding the van but if you prefer us to put them in another paddock so they dont disturb you please let us know .
Country pubs in both Rydal 9 km away and Hampton aprox 15 km away.
Olivers healthy food cafe is on the highway turnoff to the cottage for a healthy option. Secret creek cafe in Lithgow is an amazing vegan vegetarian place popular with city visitors.
View the Amazing firepit from the caravan deck. Deck has a covered area with BBQ.
There is plenty of wood for you to pick up near the caravan to use on the outdoor firepit . Grill and hotplate available for firepit use
( please note firepit not allowed on windy hot and total fireban days )
Lake Lyell is only a 5 minute drive away for water sports swimming and fishing .
Bring your mountain bike ( or borrow ours if you prebook ) for great rides in neighbouring pineforest or lovely rides on the quiet country roads .
20 minute drive to supermarkets shops and Lithgow town.
Cute Country pubs in both Rydal and Hampton.
35 minute drive to Jenolan Caves.
Wonderful Tarana farmers market once a month is 20 minute drive
Evans crown bush walk ( very popular with rock climbers because of the beautiful round boulders at top of the walk and views over the valley ) is also a must visit as well as flat rock swimming hole .

Japanese bathouse at lake lyell does massage or just use of bathouse facilities nearby but you must prebook as it is very popular
