Candlebark Retreat is rustic on the outside and cosy and modern on the inside. We offer you the chance to relax, unwind, indulge and explore. We offer lots of tips of what to see and experience in the area, whether your thing is cycling, bushwalking or exploring one of the local rocky outcrops or gorgeous waterfalls.

We have the wonderful Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park on our doorstep which offers fabulous picnic spots, cycling and bushwalking opportunities. If cycling is your thing, the local 'rail trail' is a must, a stone throw's from Candlebark Retreat.

The Retreat is cosy with high timber ceilings, double sash timber windows, an open verandah and beautiful bushland views of the Beechworth hills. Grab a good book from the shelves and relax in the comfortable lounge room.

Enjoy a pleasant temperature with split system A/C and wind-down comfortably in the queen sized bedroom, provided with high quality linen. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you might need or you could enjoy a bbq with several private dining options in the garden.
