COTTAGE DETAILS
The cottage and farm are yours to enjoy during to stay so there is no shortage of space to explore and take in the peaceful surroundings. Or you can venture a little further afield and discover the surrounding towns and all that this beautiful rural corner of NSW has to offer.

Lounge Room
The lounge room has a cosy wood burning heater with plenty of firewood and kindling available for your stay. In summer, there is air conditioning in this area and fans in the bedrooms. For those that need digital technology, whilst there is no Wifi in the cottage (we prefer the peace and quiet!) there is now phone reception thanks to a 5G tower recently installed in the village and satellite TV and a DVD player with a large collection of movies to appease all ages and tastes. There is also plenty of board games, books and toys provided for the kids.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes with a fully stocked pantry of staples, we just ask that, wheere possible, you replace what you use for the next guests. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine with some pods supplied and a bread maker with ingredients to make fresh bread during your stay. We also supply you with a welcome pack of eggs from the local farm, home made jam, milk, butter and muesli and you are welcome to pick the herbs and vegetables growing in the garden. There is a picnic set provided and a portable Webber BBQ to cook on the deck or if you fancy setting up for dinner by the creek. There is also a fire pit with a camp oven, hotplate and pizza stone if you would like to cook alfresco.

Master Bedroom
A super spacious bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed topped with luxurious feather mattress topper and doona, Egyptian cotton sheets and linen. Cosy pure wool throws and cushions. Plenty of storage to unpack with built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Wake up to beautiful views of the surrounding paddocks down to the creek from the large picture window.

Double Bedroom
The cosy second bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with luxurious linen and a hand knitted woollen throw for winter nights. A chest of drawers and clothing rail for storage. Like all rooms it has a collection of vintage artworks and furniture found on the property and brought back to its former glory. This room has views across the surrounding paddocks to the hills beyond.

Twin Bedroom
This bedroom contains two king single beds and super soft linen bed linen. It is set up for kids with plenty of books and toys and an additional TV with built in DVD player. There is more vintage artwork and furniture and a built in wardrobe for hanging and storage. Like the master bedroom it has beautiful views across the paddocks towards the creek. It is quite common to see rabbits playing in the nearby paddock in the morning when you are lying in bed!

Bathroom
The bathroom, although slightly dated is perfectly functional, has a bath and shower and plentiful supplies of hot water. There is a seperate toilet and laundry with full washing facilities. We also supply plenty of fluffy towels, beautiful Olieve & Olie bath products and a hairdryer to use during your stay.
