The main house consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and two separate units with en-suites and kitchenettes on the upper level. The access is via two external stairs, the large curved at the front and the circular stairs at the rear. The two fully self contained garden apartments both have en-suites and kitchenettes.
Berry is a historic town located in the rich dairy fields of the South Coast. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra.
Berry is in the heart of it all, a 10 minute drive takes you to Shoalhaven Heads, the gateway to Gerroa and Seven Mile Beach National Park, where you can find walks, lagoons, swimming holes and surf breaks.
Berry is only a short drive, over Berry mountain or Woodhill mountain to the lush landscapes of Kangaroo Valley, which features incredible scenery for hikes and drives, river swimming holes, wineries and a historic town centre. An hours drive takes you down to the pristine waters of Jervis Bay National Park, which features the most beautiful and untouched beaches in Australia. The area is also famous for its wineries, fresh produce, artisan bakeries, cafes and restaurants.
