COTTAGE DETAILS
The Tailor's Cottage is a self-contained fully renovated heritage cottage located in the heart of the Kangaroo Valley village. Experience all the village has to offer with just a very short walk (100m) to the village cafes, restaurants, hotel and more. Guest will have full access to the cottage.

We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible and to enjoy their stay at our cottage. Your privacy is treated with upmost respect, but if you need anything or have questions during your stay we are only a phone call away.

Our cottage is located in the heritage precinct. The Kangaroo Valley Hall, Swimming pool, showground and playground are located directly across the road.

Local restaurants, the pub & bottle shop, pharmacy, general store etc are all located within a very short walk. The cottage is located in middle of the village.

There is no regular public transport to Kangaroo Valley. Bringing a car is highly advisable.

My husband and I purchased the Tailor’s Cottage approx. 9 years ago. We loved the cottage and used it as our weekender until we found it too hard to head back to Sydney on a Sunday afternoon. We made the tree change from Sydney’s Eastern suburbs to Kangaroo Valley with our little family about 4 years ago. We lived in the cottage full time while we built our current house. We are now so happy to be able to share The Tailor’s Cottage with our guests. The cottage was beautifully renovated by the previous owner and has a great history being one of the oldest buildings in Kangaroo valley. We look forward to sharing our cottage with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Subsequently we designed and built The Terrace House Kangaroo Valley. We are now pleased to be able to offer the house to guests at selective times through the year.
