Situated on 23 acres with horses, kangaroos, echidnas & beautiful birdlife. Stunning views north to Kinglake, & only minutes from Yarra Glen. The closest winery with gourmet pizzas within walking distance. Cycling trails just outside the gate leading in all directions. If you need dates which are not available on the Calendar, please enquire as housekeeping days can be changed.
The BNB is joined at the end of the main house but is totally separate from the rest of the house with it's own entrance, bathroom & kitchenette, & 2 bedrooms. There is a reverse cycle aircon and overhead fan. We are a farm, with lots of wildlife and other animals.
We also have a quality Uber service in a Toyota Hilux which will fit 4. Bookings essential. And a limo service which seats 7 or 10 if you wish to use this service please just ask.

Set on 23 acres with beautiful views to Kinglake, & easy access to boutique wineries, wedding venues & restaurants, on the edge of the Yarra Valley. We offer bushwalking tracks, mountain bike trails & great places to eat & drink.
Rob Roy Hill Climb - the oldest hill climb in Australia, & the State Park with wildflowers, wildlife, walking, riding & mountain bike trails.
Large light, room with queen size bed, couch, table, chairs, tv, outside deck with table & chairs. Mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds, one a king single, accessed via a unique spiral staircase. Cot & highchair available.
Kitchenette with microwave, sink, induction cookplate, fridge etc. Key safe for easy access.
We are in the country so there are noises throughout the night from possums, kangaroos, wombats, our own chickens, dogs and horses as well as other animals. There are no rats or mice on the property, just lots of wildlife!
You have access to everywhere on the property except in the main part of the house.
Walk around & see horses, kangaroos, birdlife and stunning views of Kinglake.
Walk down to the dam to see the trout jumping.
Talk to the horses, chickens & dachshunds.
Someone is available most days if required.
We are only ten minutes from the Yarra Valley & you can discover & enjoy wineries, restaurants, trails, our beautiful countryside, bush & wildlife.
Cycling trails are right outside the front gate & our general store is only a 10 minute walk away! Abundant wildlife in every direction from wombats, echidnas, kangaroos and deer.
St Andrews Market is on every Saturday morning is only 5 minutes away.
Kinglake is only 15 minutes up into the hills.
Fabulous hiking and bush walking right out the front door, or cycling if you prefer. Plenty of room to store bikes undercover & securely.
Visit some of our local wineries & restaurants.
Feel free to wander around & pat horses over the fence. My sausage dogs will bark at you to let me know someone is there, but then lick you! They are only letting me know I have visitors.
- QUIET HOURS are between 11pm and 6.30am. This is not a party house.
Someone is available most days if required.
* Due to covid rules, rubbish is to be removed by guests and placed in the red bin near the driveway..
* Please put all recyclables from the white bucket into the yellow bin, next to the front gate.
* Please washes all dishes and leave kitchen as you found it.
* Please use the fan in the bathroom or the window will become a waterfall.
* Turn off all lights, fan in bathroom, aircon and heaters etc.
* Don't forget to check for any belongings that you any left behind!
