This waterfront home brings together stunning interiors, a relaxed feel and the beach in style. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests with gorgeous ocean views from both levels, you need only cross the road to hit the sand, surf and coastal cycle path or amble a few minutes to the local cafe, kids playground and ocean pool. With two generous living areas and lots of cosy nooks, there is plenty of space for the family to spread out and soak up the sunshine and views.

The upstairs living area has full and expansive views and leads out on a balcony with a sitting area. This room also has a TV.
KITCHEN
The functional kitchen packs a lot in and features a ceramic four burner stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
OUTDOORS
The upstairs balcony offers a great position to take in the ocean and coastline views, while the frontage offers a four burner BBQ and a place to gather, relax and chat with the ocean providing the soundtrack and breeze.
The whole house and front yard is yours to enjoy.

Your barrista coffee fix is just around the corner at the North Break Cafe' or head into town for organic coffee and food at All and Sundry. Ride, walk or run the 15km path all the way from Belmore Basin to Thirroul taking in the beautiful scenery along the coastline.
Be sure to stop off at the various parks, bays and rock pools along the way. The local area also has some great places to head for scrumptious eats, Samaras offers fantastic Lebanese food or Enzos for family-friendly Italian. The Woonona Bulli RSL also offers a great family retreat with a beer garden and kids playground.
Walk, run or swim from A to B.
This property is split into two with the back granny flat being a private residence. The granny flat is completely private with its own entrance and side area but we ask guests not to enter the backyard of the property.
