Please let us know if you’re traveling with your pet. Please provide its age and breed. We accept well behaved dogs, however, we do need to make sure they're suitable for the property before accepting your reservation.
We ask that pets do not go inside and that all poo is picked up on departure. If these rules aren’t followed or there is an excess of pet hair or sand, there will be a $150 pet cleaning fee applied to your bond.

* Kelly, our Murray Darling carpet python, lives in a ‘locked’ glass enclosure in one of many sitting areas in the homestead. Kelly is a non-venomous python who usually puts on a show, particularly at night!
*Chickens, ducks & ganders would need to be locked in at dusk and let out in the morning. (there are foxes about!)
** Please note: We currently have no ducks/ geese/chickens due to Mr Fox’s visit !
* On hot days (particularly consecutive days) I will need to come in (at an arranged time) to water the veggie patch and garden
*DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
You must inform us of any damage or breakages during your stay. All damage and breakages must be paid for. Please contact us for any maintenance issues arising during your stay.
We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
-We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
-We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
-We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
-We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
-We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
We understand that we are living during uncertain times and will offer 100% REFUND on cancellation due to COVID.
