Neat and clean cottage with everything you need.
Close to the beaches.
Walking distance or a short drive to the little shops to grab a morning coffee.
Big back yard to relax and run around in.
See kangaroos almost daily behind the fence.

Quiet street, but close to many different beaches.
A small number of shops, but we recommend finding tea/dinner early or in Port Campbell because some shops shut early. The local pub is a good option, great meals and a good kids playground to keep the kids entertained.

Car is the best option to get here.
If you don’t mind walking to get a coffee or fish and chips, it will take about 20 mins (lovely walk along the coastline) to get to the shops (4 min drive)

Please, our house is on a quiet street and we like to keep it that way. Please arrive quietly if arriving late, and the same in the morning if leaving early. Please be respectful at all times. Strictly a non-party house! Prefer non-smoking, but if you have to please at least 10 meters from our house and neighbours houses.

Since we do not charge a cleaning fee, we have an expectation that it is left close to how you found it, if not, then a cleaning fee will be applied.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
Please unload the dishwasher before you depart.
Please only use fire pit on days that are not windy or that of total fire ban days.
Strictly no noise outside after 9 pm, neighbours have been known to call police on occasions.
