Snowy Mountain Holidays is located in Towong, NE Victoria (west of the mountains) right on the Upper Murray River, with amazing views of the river, foothills and the Snowy Mountains Range.
Cottage #2 is uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. The cottage is fully self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse-cycle air-conditioned for heating and cooling.
We provide excellent hospitality and very clean, personal and pleasant accommodation.
We live right here on the property and will greet you, show you around and help with local knowledge of the area.

The Viewing Deck in the photos is COMMUNAL for all our guests to enjoy. It's looks out over the river onto the Snowy Mountains. The views from the cottages look west over rural farmland and rolling hills.

We are about halfway between Sydney (7+ hrs) and Melbourne (6+ hrs).
We supply all linen and each cottage has a full kitchen with milk, coffee and tea etc. We do not supply breakfast foods.
Our beds are no larger than DBL.
We are always available to help our guests.
Guests have full freedom of our property, veggie garden and fruit trees, lower viewing deck.
Towong is a very small community with no shops. It is very quiet here with beautiful and serene views and ambience.
Corryong is the nearest town, 10min east, and provides good shopping and several eating options.
We are located on a dead-end road, so it is very quiet here.
Activities include: Canoeing, swimming, fishing, tennis, touring/site-seeing, bush walking, golf
There is no public transport.
Taxi service is available to and from Corryong.
Our nearest airport is Albury, 1 3/4 hrs.
Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am.

Ron and I moved to the beautiful Upper Murray area in 1981 and have never looked back. The outstanding views, quiet and peaceful ambience and natural beauty amazes and entertains us each day.
We built our log home and added the two cottages in the 1990s.
