HOUSE DETAILS
A modern and extremely well-furnished house in the middle of a bush setting, yet only a short few minutes drive from town. It is very quiet, but there are many activities for the adults and/or the kids!
Guests have full access to everything. Healesville town is 3.5km away from the house, mostly downhill into town, but an uphill walk home; why did you think the views are so amazing?! There is a bus stop at the main road about 800m from the house that runs between Lilydale and Healesville. There is also a number of taxis and drop-off bus service that operate around the town. Details in the house guest book.
House Rules:
- No smoking inside the house
- Strictly no parties!
- No external guests after 9pm
- Use of outdoor bar, "The Black Spur" allowed until 9pm only
- Please be mindful of our neighbours
- Please leave the home as it was when you arrived
- In the event that the guests emit excessive noise, property has been either damaged, or left in an unsatisfactory manner, the agent may enter a debit on the security deposit or supplied credit card details of the guest.
