This charming heritage-listed home is tastefully decorated with new and period furniture. The home can sleep up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms and additional bedding in the lounge room.

HOUSE DETAILS
The front living space is a comfortable lounge room with a wood-burning fire for cooler months, a 3 seater couch, a double futon that can be used as an extra bed. They're also a double floor mattress that can be set up for extra bedding. The lounge room has a TV, Chromecast, unlimited WiFi, a selection of DVDs, interesting books and board games for your enjoyment.

Boasting high ceilings with federal-style trims and polished floors boards in the main bedroom.

A tastefully renovated bathroom sympathetically done to complement the home. Guests will be supplied basic toiletries; soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and 1 towel per guest. An additional toilet is provided in the laundry. The laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer and supplies.

Our kitchen has recently been updated, it’s well equipped with modern glassware, crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. An assortment of cereals, milk, tea, coffee, and basic staples are provided. Seasonal fruits are available to be picked from the garden (oranges, apples, mandarins, mulberries, pears)

The dining table is set for 6 people but can be extended to 10 people easily.

Large back deck with a BBQ, outdoor table and plenty of seating.

Undercover parking for two cars as well as free on-street parking.

Beautiful established rose and native gardens & seasonal fruit trees.

Avoca House is heritage listed and we are continually resorting and updating the property.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, leads onto an enclosed veranda

Lounge: Double Futon and floor mattress (no electric blankets), upon booking please advise if you need linen left out for the futon and floor mattress.
Enclosed veranda: Has a single day bed that can be used as a bed during mild weathered months. N.B this room can be noisy and is not suitable as a bed during winter or summer. Please advise if you need this made up as a bed.
*All beds will have electric blankets during winter

Access all areas besides one or two locked storage cupboards.
