You’ll love this place because of the location and the relaxed tranquil feel that fills you with quiet as soon as you enter the gate. The cottage is ideal for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

COTTAGE DETAILS
The simple design of the property has you relaxing from the moment you enter the gate. Wander down the passage to enter the house into a communal dining area that leads straight out to the lake and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.
The modest kitchen has everything you would require including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. The lounge area with the gas fireplace is perfect year-round for relaxed conversations or curling up to a movie classic on the TV with a built-in DVD.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in this single level cottage. 1 queen bedroom with built-in robe, 1 double room and 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 singles). All bed and bath linen is supplied as well as tea and coffee and bathroom essentials.
The property is pet friendly and your four-legged friend will really feel spoiled. The garden is fully enclosed as well as the courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. The beach just 100m away is also off-leash dog friendly heading south towards MacMasters Beach.
Guests have full access to the house aside from the locked cabana which is used as storage for the owner. Kayaks are also available for guest use but on guest responsibility.
East Coast Surf Shacks will check you in at the property and then leave you to enjoy. They will always be on hand with a mobile number made available to you for any questions throughout your stay.
The location is ideal for a quiet getaway, peaceful walks along the beach, paddling on the lagoon or surfing uncrowded waves. There is a selection of shops at Copa including all the essentials. A walk along the beach to MacMasters Beach will have you at another surf club cafe and Friday night drinks at the club.
Public transport is available to Copacabana from various hubs such as Gosford station however we recommend a car for this area especially if you would like to explore further afield.
Once you have arrived you will be able to leave the car and walk to all the local facilities. It is just a 200m walk to the cafes and shops of Copa or a mere 100m walk to the beach along the lake track.
