Located just over an hour north of Sydney in the stunning Dooralong Valley is our little slice of paradise. We have a lovely clean and modern self-contained cottage for you to enjoy the peace and serenity of this beautiful valley. The space consists of a large bed/living room with plenty of space to relax and unwind with your own verandah looking out over the paddocks so you can watch the cows graze and the goats frolic and play.
There is a BBQ under the carport, a kitchenette area with a convection cooktop and air fryer. The stocked kitchenette includes pots and pans, all cutlery and utensils, a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
We have also included some condiments... Let us know if there is anything specific you need :)

COUNTRY ESCAPE - A GETAWAY WITH A DIFFERENCE
Mollies Farmstay is situated on 12 stunning acres, looking out over a large dam, acres of pasture, and surrounded by the natural Australian bush. Bordered by a creek and mountains, you will truly feel like you are a million miles away. Enjoy the view, watch the grazing livestock and variety of Native birdlife or play fetch with one of our friendly border collies. There's always something to see and do at Mollies Farm.
The Dooralong valley is located approx 10 minutes inland from Wyong on the Central Coast and is just over 50 minutes north of Wooroongah on the M1, and approximately halfway between Sydney and the Hunter Valley Vineyards or Newcastle.
There is an amazing choice of stunning beaches all within a 30-minute drive and so many other attractions for you to do as much or as little as you choose.
We live on-site as well and would appreciate the noise to be kept to a minimum after 9.30 pm.
When entering the cottage please remove your shoes. No parties are permitted.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
When you get to our house at 1147 Dooralong road, take the second driveway and follow it down to the gate. We will normally come out and meet you there. If we are not going to be home, we will message you with access instructions. Please note we have 4 very friendly dogs that will most likely approach you for a pat and a cuddle, we would prefer to meet you at the gate so that the dogs do not get you confused with strangers :)
As we are on-site in the house, we are more than happy to help with any questions you may have or suggest activities you may be interested in.
The Dooralong valley is a stunning fertile valley on the central coast of NSW. Historically it was very productive for citrus farmers, however, more recent times have seen this change to more cattle farming and horse lovers.
We get a lot of rain from time to time and the valley has been known to flood on occasion, please keep an eye on the weather if there is a large rainfall forecast for the area.
We are approx 15 k's from Wyong (Rail, busses, restaurants and shops) - Coastal Liners to run a bus service from Wyong into the valley, please check their website for timetables - https://www.coastalliner.com.au/
Please ensure you close all gates behind you as you enter them as we have farm animals on-site that would love to eat the grass in our house yard :)
We have on-site parking at the cottage, but please ensure the driveway gate is closed to keep the dogs, free-range chickens & ducks from going out onto the road. When driving down to the cottage please do so at a walking pace only as there are dogs, chickens, and ducks wandering around as well.
We have limited mobile reception. Telstra is fine however Optus is limited.
