1 king OR can be made into 2 singles.
A modern and comfy private studio with concrete floors and clean lines....Ceaser Stone Benchtops in the Kitchen and Bathroom Studio is light bright and cosy, with soft rugs and furnishings for home from home feel....
The front deck is West Facing for you to enjoy a drink and just relax. The Garden to the rear of the property gives you more space with an outside setting....we are close to the village but in such a private spot.
Balnarring has everything for the foodie with gourmet food stores and excellent restaurants, everything for the explorer with Coolart wetlands trails and beach walks.....as for the wine experience too many to chose from !!!!!

You have a private driveway and private garden....access is to the whole studio, we only have one studio so no sharing with other guests.
Other things to note
Winter Snuggles - the studio is soooo snug in winter with the benefits of a new build double glazed, efficient heating system and a log fire. Heated blankets on beds... you will be able to retreat in comfort when returning from wineries, walks, bike rides or whatever your thing is. Enjoy :)
Beautiful Balnarring has everything you need for a relaxing time or an outdoor adventure - great restaurants, beach, bike trails, vineyards cafe's and shops.....still with the feel of a laid back town not as busy as some on the Peninsula, a hidden gem.
A great location to explore the whole of the peninsula as the drive across to the Port Phillip Bay side through the gorgeous countryside is relaxing in itself.
