Six kilometres to the Village by the Sea - Barwon Heads. A 10-minute walk through the dunes and you are on the beach. Walk with the sand under your feet, fish or watch the surfers. So many choices!

13th beach estate is a gated community with space, amenity and class. A short stroll to the clubhouse or use our golf cart for a quick drive to the beach. Stress and anxiety simply evaporate as you unpack and slip into the vibe.

Upstairs: - Comprises two ensuite bedrooms with King Beds. A private lounge with a mini kitchen and access to the outdoor deck.
Downstairs: - Three more bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. There are two separate bathrooms. The open kitchen, dining, the lounge is vast and entertainers delight. This space opens onto the outdoor deck and pool area. There are two lounge spaces and smart televisions for your entertainment.

There is a golf cart available to guests, either for playing golf or a short drive through the course to the 13th beach surf lifesaving club.

Join summer holidaymakers for a swim, surf or paddle at one of the peninsula's popular beaches. Dive down to some of Australia's best reefs and shipwrecks, take a dip with dolphins and seals or get your heart pumping on a skydiving adventure. Need to take things down a notch? Pedal along picturesque rail trails or tee off at some of Australia's finest golf courses. Keen anglers will want to get the gang together for a day of bay fishing.

A car is essential. While at Bliss@13thbeach, there are bicycles to use and a golf cart is available.

The second storey provides two en-suite bedrooms, access to the north-facing deck. A mini kitchen and large living area.

Noise must be kept to a minimum. Outdoor noise must cease by 10:00 pm, out of respect for neighbours. No music outside please.
