The entry opens to the substantial open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with soaring timberland ceilings towering over the space, custom furniture by Two Acres Furniture, a large open wood fireplace, and Spanish plastered walls. As you stroll out onto the spacious undercover timber deck, the landscaped tropical gardens, rainforest, and infinity pool create an unforgettable first impression. 

Outside you have multiple entertaining options, all taking advantage of the breathtaking natural surrounds. Escape the heat in the 12m
infinity-edge swimming pool, recharge and rejuvenate in the large traditional sauna, relax perched amongst the palm trees in the cabana and dine alfresco on the spacious timber deck with an inbuilt BBQ and bar fridge. Warm yourself in the large, heated spa all year round! Enjoy a long conversation around the outdoor fire pit with large timber bench seats, pick your own vegetable and herbs from the raised garden beds or stroll through the Orchard trees over the bridge and dry river bed.

The master suite with a king bed encourages you to slowly unwind with it’s peaceful surroundings and use of soft, flowing fabric, light-coloured timber, and travertine stone side tables. Indulge your senses in the ensuite with Spanish plastered walls and floors, luxurious aged bronze fixtures, and soft linen towels. Spend some quiet time on your veranda taking in the lush tropical views. 
The second queen bedroom offers earthy tones and raw reclaimed timber with a mounted tv, this room is a space in which to sink back and relax.
The third bedroom features 2 king single timber beds and an inbuilt open wardrobe with a vanity table and chair.
The fourth bedroom features a cosy, small, and light-filled room surrounded by books with a queen bed, please note this room is quite small and is a tight fit with big bags.

With fully ducted air-conditioning and an open wood fireplace, the house is comfortable and cosy all year round.

HOUSE RULES:


The property is to be used strictly for holiday accommodation purposes only.

Firm 3 night minimum stay

There is a strict no party policy in place. This includes gatherings, hens, bucks and schoolies.

As we live in a residential area, guests are to be responsible in limiting noise at all times and not create any disturbance to the neighbouring properties.
Bad behavior such as loud music and excessive noise is not tolerated and may result in immediate eviction with no refund. We kindly ask that there is no noise outside after 10pm.

The use of the property for wedding ceremonies/receptions is not permitted. Small elopements under 16 guests may be considered with an additional event fee, noise restrictions will apply.

Commercial activities such as photo/video shoots are permitted with a 3-night minimum stay but must be approved in writing prior to booking.

The maximum number of people allowed on the property is the number of people at booking. Any additional occupants/visitors will be asked to leave, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to booking.

Prior approval and acknowledgment is needed for guests booking between the ages of 18-25

2 x small dogs under 10kg are permitted, this must be approved prior to booking. Pets over 10kg may be considered subject to owner approval. Please note the property is not fenced off.

Bookings will be cancelled, and guests may be evicted upon breach of these policies.
