Sunkissed Casa

We've tried to make this space as magical as possible and tell a story about the area in all the styling. Whether it's a Bruce Goold print of local botanics, an antique painting of the coast, a sculpture of wildlife, or a lamp made from nature - we want this space to pique your curiosity and remain authentic to the area. There's a hand-picked selection of books for those literary lovers, board games for a quiet night in, and the finest linen for the perfect night's sleep.
We stock a basic pantry which includes: Ground Coffee Beans, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil. Please pop into a shop for your supplies and milk if you take it!
Also - be sure to let us know if you require the second bedroom as sleeping quarters so we can make the bed up for you (converts into a very comfortable queen), otherwise we will assume it's not needed and leave it as a relaxing daybed. Check photos for clarification.

Guest can access all space on this property. Garage, rooms, balcony etc. the whole space is for the guests. We live else-where.

You'll have everything you need to let yourself in and make yourself at home. Access is via a lockbox which you'll be given the code to once your booking has been made. If for any reason at all you find yourself without something important, or there's a problem with something in the space, feel free to reach out and we'll do our absolute best to accommodate. We try to make Sunkissed Casa as close to perfect as possible, however, we are only human so bound to make mistakes. Your kindness and patience are always appreciated, as is your feedback!
Please note - This space is best suited to those travelling without kids due to the art and decor. Please let us know if you intend to travel with kids so we can remove anything valuable that is likely to be broken. :)

Avalon is located on the Northern Beaches, which means, once arrived, you will find yourself in the heart of the most spectacular surrounds imaginable. Avalon itself is an amazing community with fabulous coffee shops, restaurants & bars, not to mention a fantastic surf beach. In the summer months, it's a buzz with people from all over the world and you'll be glad to be within walking distance to everything so you won't have to fight for a park. Whale Beach, Palm Beach, and Newport Beach are all stunning and within a ten-minute drive. Each has their own unique feel, with cafes and great little shops where (trust me) you can spend a pretty penny. ;)
Ku-Ring-Gai National Park is a must if you like adventure and bushwalking. Drive to the entrance and ask the person on the gate which walks suit you best. They know all the spots and will be happy to assist you.

For those traveling from outside of Australia or inter-state we advise hiring a car. Especially if you want to explore all that the northern beaches has to offer. Avalon is approximately 1 hour from Sydney centre. Public transport is definitely doable and takes around 2 hours by bus from Wynward, or you can catch a ferry to Manly and take a bus the rest of the way. Using Maps (if you have an iPhone) is the easiest way to work out PT. Put in your destination and it will tell you exactly what time and where to go. Once here, there is a bus route all the way along the coast. Uber and Keoride are also an option.

We do not have a TV. WIFI yes, so bring laptops and stream away!

As this is a shared block of apartments, we ask you to please be kind and keep noise to a minimum.
White floors mean dirt shows up more than usual. If you feel like leaving your shoes off, by all means, do. However, we want you to feel comfortable so please don't feel obliged.
