Rosher's Nest - Metung

Visit Victoria's most beautiful waterfront hotel, the Metung Hotel perched in the edge of Bancroft Bay with the best view in town. All this only 700m from Rosher's Nest front door. Rosher's Nest is furnished and styled to a coastal Hampton's theme. The house is recently renovated with only small never ending painting jobs to go!

The house has two bedrooms the master pelican bedroom with a king-size bed and top-of-the-range bed linen with a mattress like sleeping on a cloud! The room has a private ensuite with a toilet, shower, and vanity. There are doors that open onto the front verandah. The perfect place to sit outside with a coffee and listen to the birds of a morning.

The second kookaburra bedroom has a queen-size bed with equally as comfortable luxurious bedding to ensure the most comfortable night's sleep. The room has large windows allowing for a lot of light and faces out onto the side of the house.

The family bathroom contains a bath, shower, and double vanity stocked with local sourced products including shampoo, conditioner and soap to enjoy during your stay. The toilet is separate and contains its own handbasin. No need to bring towels these will be supplied for your stay.

The lounge room with 3 seater couch and 2 armchairs are styled around the fireplace with a smart TV wall mounted in the corner. An 8 seater dining table completes the large living area. A split system is also provided with options for both heating and cooling.

The large kitchen contains stand-alone oven for those that like to cook, a double-sided fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher to make cleaning up afterward a breeze.

A full laundry with a washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

There is a 4 burner BBQ located under the carport at the rear of the property.

For your comfort, please consider these few things. All creatures great and small live on the planet and they have made our property home because it’s a beautiful place to be.

Just like your home, the house is visited by mosquitoes, spiders, cockroaches, ants and other critters with six or eight legs that fly and while we pest control the house bi-annually, no treatment will ever stop them completely.

We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use.

Covid 19 cancellation refunds will be given on a case by case basis. However if your request is reasonable I will definitely make allowances.
