Hart's Farm is a self-contained private retreat situated on a beautiful property with an olive grove, cider & fruit orchards & veggie gardens.
Huge bath, queen bed with pure french linen sheets, daybed with views to the olive grove & neighbouring vineyards. The adjoining huge living/dining area has a wood heater, leather sofas & a large dining table.
The fabulous kitchen has a double oven, dishwashers is fully equipped & include a professional coffee machine.

Additional Information
The Mornington Peninsula is a fabulous location: rolling countryside & wonderful beaches, vineyards, restaurants & cafes, cider & beer producers, galleries, golf courses & much much more. Take a couple of days, or a week to explore all we have to offer.
You will need a car, as we don't have public transport.
Hart's Farm is an adults retreat and is not suitable for infants and children under 16 years.
We have one dog that lives on the property - Trix, a Kelpie.
Dinner parties & lunches are only permitted with prior consent, (max 12 people) - there will be an additional fee.
Do not book via Riparide for Location Hire - permission must be obtained.
The property is also our home, so guests may not have visitors to the Retreat unless we have been notified beforehand & we reserve the right to refuse.
