BEHIND THE DOORS to your accommodation lays an open plan area including a bedroom, living and dining area, along with a separate custom kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Every last detail required for guest comfort has been carefully considered, from the finest European Flax Linen sheets on a plush King bed, plump pillows, a sink-into-it comfortable sofa, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan, remote- controlled motorized blockout blinds with sheer curtains, dining table and chairs, and a wardrobe and dresser for storage.
THE ULTIMATE BATHROOM EXPERIENCE offers every indulgence. As well as being spacious and light, you will find the most decadent freestanding Clawfoot bath that begs you to linger and luxuriate, as well as a walk-in shower, thirsty towels, a towel heater that comfortably heats the room and warms your towels in winter and Australian-made natural hair and body products.
THE CUSTOM KITCHENETTE offers a Fridge and Microwave. Create delicious espressos, lattes, and more in seconds using the Nespresso Coffee Machine. You will find a selection of Nespresso coffee pods including Decaf, along with an award-winning boutique tea selection and hot drinking chocolate for those hot chocolate lovers. Unfortunately, there is no oven but there is a Weber BBQ (renowned for its versatility). The best meals are cooked under an open sky.
OUTSIDE YOU CAN RELAX on your own private deck. Large glass sliding doors open onto a verandah facing the hypnotic Manning River flowing metres from your doorstep. Take a dip in the river or sit back and watch the local wildlife. Cook up a storm on your Weber BBQ or treat yourself to a night off at one of the local pubs or restaurants in Gloucester. A large communal fire-pit area is conveniently located overlooking the river.
AT DAY'S END sit back and soak in the natural beauty of rural living and celebrate your relaxing escape. We suspect it will also be with champagne or a drink of local Gloucester wine in hand. Don’t forget to turn out the lights and gaze up at the stars in the clear night sky.

WHILST WE OFFER A BEDSIDE USB PORT for mobile phone charging, you will not have mobile phone reception, Internet or Wi-Fi or a TV to ensure your complete rest and relaxation. To truly enjoy your ‘Amaroo Escape’ we encourage you to disconnect from all digital devices and take a much- needed digital detox. If however, you do need mobile phone service, then make your way toward the entry gate at the front of the property where you should be able to pick up signal weather permitting.
CAR PARKING for your vehicle is right beside your tent for easy access.
Our RESIDENCE is approximately 250m or so away. We can be contacted when needed but prefer to give guests as much privacy as possible.
CHILDREN AND PETS are unfortunately not allowed.
BREAKFAST PROVISIONS are provided for your stay including Special K and WeetBix, bread, butter, a selection of jams and spreads, milk, juice, tea, and coffee.
GROUP BOOKINGS for all 3 tents are accepted for a gathering of no more than 6 people. Guests must not invite any visitors to the property.
