FAWLTY FARM ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Fawlty Farm is perfect for large groups – We are permitted to have 18 guests and have sleeping options for 25.

Due to COVID-19, guest must BYO all bedding including sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, towels etc.

Our property has a total of 5 double beds and 2 queen size beds, 6 bunk beds and 3 singles. (plus 10 camp beds). The whole environment of the farm is perfect for a group of friends or family looking for a place with great facilities and loads of interesting accommodation. There is plenty of space for your cars, boats and caravans.

The Lakehouse is a separate 2 storey cottage on our private lake. It has a Queen size bed and a slipper bath/shower upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchette, toilet, double bed bunk (sleeps 3 ) andTV/Radio. Large double doors open out onto a deck with a 10 person dining setting and BBQ, built over the lake. Great in the Summer.

The private lake is stocked with fish and is safe for swimming but is not fenced. The 300 acres is steeply undulating country with a mixture of open grassy paddocks and dense natural bushland. Perfect for that getaway where the only sounds you will hear will be yours or the abundant wildlife.

Connected to the main entertainment area – is a building that houses the substantial kitchen and living room as well as 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 3 showers, plus a bath. Behind here is bedroom with a queen bed and two singles with a wall plasma TV.

The Bunkhouse is connected to these by a covered walkway. There are 2 rooms with 3 bunk beds in each, (sleeps 6 in each room) Next to these buildings are the four separate A Frame Huts that have a double bed and two folding camp beds in each.

The Old Pool Room is located near the living room and kitchen area. It has a queen size bed and 2 single camp beds, in one room. (sleeps 4 people)

Fawlty Farm is a Hosted Self-Contained Accommodation. This means that your hosts, John and Sally, reside on the property but in a seperate dwelling. We are here to help and assist you but not necessarily joining your group.

ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES
The centre piece is a custom made 12 person cedar Hot Tub, the largest in Australia.

Most impressive is the wood-fired, electric driven Roasting Spit that will take a Lamb or a Suckling pig.

Games Room - 8m x 4m, containing a billiard table, Foosball machine, a bar with fridge/freezer, dart board, large TV, reverse cycle air-con / heating, comfy couches etc.

The Ex-Army Baking Oven, also wood-fired, has a very large stainless hot-plate ideal for breakfast cookups for your whole group. The BBQ is the latest gas Radiant Quartz Technology system.

There is also a gas Smoker, Gas fired Yabbie pot, Pizza Oven and a Beer Keg converted to a nifty rotisserie that is ideal for a rolled roast or two large chooks.

A dedicated Paella Burner with a 600mm Pan has many other uses. The half 44 gal. drum Charcoal Cooker is great for cuts of any meats.

The Texas off-set cooker/smoker is ideal for slow roasting beef cuts.

PETS
Much as we love dogs, the property does not have scure fencing and is abundant with wildlife and domestic animals. It is unsuitable for pets and we ask that you please leave them at home.

RATES
$1,800 per night for up to 18 guests. Additional guests are $100/p/n. Children under 5 are free.

2 night minimum except for long weekends which is 3 nights, Easter and Melbourne Cup is 4 nights minimum and any booking that includes Christmas or New Year is 5 nights minimum.

The property is primarily set up for outdoor leisure and recreation. Our main pursuits are bushwalking, mountain bike riding, fishing and horse riding.
