The Maids Quarters is fully self contained apartment offering 75 sq mtrs of living space, beautifully decorated, with two queen size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully appointed bathroom and separate living / dining areas. Located in the south wing of Historic Coragulac House, situated on 140 acres of rural farmland, overlooking beautiful gardens, rolling hills with native wildlife offering the serenity of a truly peaceful country life style in this magnificent Bluestone Homestead

Maids Quarters were the original accommodation for the House Maids of Coragulac House in 1895, now fully refurbished offering all the creature comforts you would expect of modern day living. The quarters are completely private for guests to enjoy with courtyard gardens, sweeping views across the landscape to the Otway Ranges. Guests get to enjoy the serenity of this unique property, with the Homestead nestled at the foot of Red Rock Scenic Lookout the location is extremely private surrounded by rural countryside with farm animals native wildlife and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Maids Quarters are completely private space located in the South Wing of Coragulac house, guests can enjoy their privacy during their stay, we are available if required.

Coragulac is centrally located being within an hour from The Great Ocean Road's best offerings, Port Fairy, Timboon, 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Port Campbell, Apollo Bay, Torquay, Queenscliff, Geelong, Otway Fly, Redwood Forest, Lorne, Great Otway National Park, Ballarat and Sovereign Hill

The Maids Quarters is situated on 140 acres of pristine rural farmland, being part of the Coragulac House property. The Maids Quarters are located in the South Wing of the Homestead originally housing the Homesteads servants, now fully refurbished offering a very unique accommodation experience.

Getting around is easy, once at the property there are plenty of options available for walks to appreciate the stunning views of the local landscape. Red Rock Scenic Lookout is a short stroll offering 360 degrees views of the landscape, truly breathtaking. Maids Quarters - Coragulac House Cottages are located 12 kms north east of Colac.

Bedding is made up strictly according to the number of guests booked, for two guests it assumed one queen bed is required unless otherwise specified. Towels are provided strictly according to the number of guests booked, additional towels can be provided on request, additional charges may apply.
